Whooopla is an image based social network that allows you to share your world – share your feelings, emotions, status updates, humor, etc,. through images with your friends, family, acquaintances, people near you or with the entire world with one post. You can target your posts according to demographics / occupations and interests or people near you. You can see the latest postings around the world, popular posts or posts which are made near you. Whooopla believes in making the world smaller, Whooopla believes in One World!

With Whooopla you can:
- View and make posts instantly to known/unknown people around the world. Suitable for great images or moments.
- View and make posts to people near you only - range 1-100km. Suitable for promotions or immediate solutions nearby.
- Make posts to selective people based on their interest/occupation worldwide.
- Connect with people based on their interest/occupation worldwide.
- See the location of your friends and other users near you to connect with them when you travel or otherwise

The four tabs display different categories of posts:
Feed - shows your own posts, posts shared by your friends in the Public Category, or Posts where you have been targeted by a user.
Popular - shows posts shared in the Public Category that have become popular by virtue of increased activity in terms of likes, compassions or comments.
Latest - shows posts that are posted by a user in the Public category for all to see, share, enjoy and comment.
Nearby - shows posts that are posted by a user to other users near him.

Whooopla being a social network, encourages users to take images/photos while entering a caption and sharing it with selective/targeted people. Alternatively, users can enter a text and a self-generated images related to the text will be prompted. User can select a relevant image/photo and the text will be displayed on top of the photo/image. Then, the users have the option to share the image/photo to their selected choice of people - friends, public, nearby or targeted people based on interest/hobbies or occupation.

Suggestions for Posting:
Postings in PUBLIC category on the Social Network Whooopla - Images/Photos which are relevant/appeals to a larger audience (preferably global) should be posted here.
Postings in FRIENDS category on the Social Network Whooopla - Images/Photos which are personal in nature such as Portraits/Selfies/Personal moments with friends and family should be posted here.
Postings under TARGET category on the Social Network Whooopla - Images/Photos which are to be posted to a selective choice of people amongst your friends, demographics or nearby should be posted here. 3a. TARGET - FRIENDS - You can select one friend or certain friends in this list to share your post to. 3b. TARGET - DEMOGRAPHICS - You can select users based on Age, Interest/Hobbies, Occupation and Country in this selection to share your post to. 3c. TARGET - NEARBY - You can select users that are NEARBY based on Age, Interest/Hobbies, Occupation in this selection to share your post to.
Postings in NEARBY category on the Social Network Whooopla - Images/Photos or local content which are relevant to people near you such as local promotional events, seminars, shows, exhibitions should be posted here. Also, users looking for general contacts to market their products and services or share information within a certain radius 1-100km can also use this category e.g., Students can use this in a University to share information/posts within a specified radius.
